Two NTT government staff (Efraim Muga, Lenny Fangi) from Ngada - Central Flores spent three days in the field with staff from the Northern Territories Dept of Natural Resources (NRETA).

They participated in an ongoing land resource survey of a property near Adelaide river ninty kilometres south of Darwin and participated in a land clearing assesment

In addition to this they attended meetings with

• staff at the Arafura Timor Sea Research Facility,
• GeoImage earth resource satellite image analysis and provision company
• NT government staff in water resources, herbarium and development assessment services
• CDU international office, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Research and members of the Tropical Spatial Science Group.
